Campers will be introduced to the sport of track & field, participate in events such as high jump, long jump, hurdles, sprints, relay, javelin, and shot put! Join us at John Marshall High School in Rochester on June 17-20 or July 22-25 from 8:00am – 11:00am daily for a great week of learning and training with all things track and field.
With the focus on fun, fitness and teamwork, your kids are sure to have a blast at track and field camp! Led by local high school track and field coaches and athletes, campers will learn the basics of track and field events: running relays, long jump, high jump, throwing and even some hurdling! Along with participation in team building games, stretching and track and field activities, all campers will receive a t-shirt and a completion certificate.
Whether your child’s sport is Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Football, or Baseball, get the edge they need by increasing their speed and strength. Everyone knows speed and power are two important components to any sport; that is what makes track and field so successful and popular. It is no wonder track and field is the #1 sport in the country for girls and a close #2 for boys (football).
